Sell the trip, not just the ticket.
Pixl Packages puts a guided hotel-and-ticket package selector on your own website. Fans pick a location, a show and a hotel, see the packages that fit with the price per person beside the all-in price, and land on your TIXR checkout with the right package already chosen.
Live on real tours for eleven months. One announcement day: 12,729 page views, 1,067 clicks through to checkout, three quarters of them on phones, nobody at a keyboard.

The Marlowe Chicago- Two night stay at The Marlowe Chicago, check-in Fri 19 Mar
- Two VIP tickets, Sat 20 Mar
- Welcome pack and on-site host
Pick the location
Thirty-six packages. Three taps. One checkout.
A tour's packages are a grid: locations times shows times hotels times tiers. Put that on a page and fans on phones give up. Pixl Packages walks them down the grid one decision at a time, and only the packages that fit are left standing.

- Two night stay at The Marlowe Chicago, check-in Friday 19 March, check-out Sunday 21 March
- Two VIP tickets for the show on Saturday 20 March
- Welcome pack, transportation pass and an on-site host
Payment, fees, taxes, tickets and the order record are TIXR's. Pixl Packages never takes payment.
Tours, residencies and destination events
Three event formats change the steps a fan takes and the words on every heading. A residency asks for a weekend, not a city. A resort asks for a room type, not a show.

Tour
Many locations, many shows per location, hotels and packages per show. Currencies per location: dollars in Chicago, euros in Dublin, pounds in London.
The default format
Residency
One venue, many weekends. An introduction block with the artwork, a comparison grid of every tier with per-person and all-in prices, seating maps on the package cards, an About the Hotel panel with amenities and a map.
Arena residencies, multi-weekend runs
Resort and destination
No shows. Fans choose a property, then a room type with its own photos and capacity, then a package. The Hotel column becomes Room, the headings follow.
Camps, retreats, all-inclusive weekendsAbroad or across the country
Mexico, the United Kingdom, Ireland, a run of American cities, one arena for a month. High-end hotels every time, priced per person and all-in, in the local currency.
Write a package description once
A package type holds the description for one hotel and one tier, with placeholders for the hotel name and the dates. Every show inherits it, and the platform fills in the specifics. A twenty-five-show tour needs a handful of descriptions, not a hundred, and a moved date never leaves a stale paragraph behind.
Your VIP travel package includes a two night stay at {{hotel}} (check-in {{check_in}}, check-out {{check_out}}), two VIP tickets for the show on {{show_date}}, a welcome pack, a transportation pass to and from the venue, and an on-site host at the hotel.
Two night stay at The Marlowe Chicago (check-in Fri 19 Mar, check-out Sun 21 Mar), two VIP tickets for Sat 20 Mar
Two night stay at The Marlowe Chicago (check-in Sat 20 Mar, check-out Mon 22 Mar), two VIP tickets for Sun 21 Mar
Two night stay at The Wexley London (check-in Thu 8 Apr, check-out Sat 10 Apr), two VIP tickets for Fri 9 Apr
Two night stay at Hotel Ardent Cancun (check-in Fri 7 May, check-out Sun 9 May), two VIP tickets for Sat 8 May
The imagined stay sells the package
Every hotel carries a gallery, a description, check-in and check-out times, distance to the venue, amenities and local attractions, plus a map that opens directions. Upload a hotel's photos once and every entry with that name uses them.
Every location, show, hotel and price in one place
The whole event lives on one page: tabs for locations, shows, hotels, package types and packages, each with search, sortable columns, quick status switches and spreadsheet import and export. The screens below are the real product.

Real screens from the platform, cut below the event header. The next tour starts as a duplicate of this one: locations, hotels, package descriptions, theme and emails carry over.
Announcement day, with nobody at a keyboard
A tour was announced on a Wednesday in September 2026. The selector had been scheduled to publish at the announcement minute. This is what one travel partner's dashboard recorded that day.
Figures from the product's own analytics for one client, July 20 to September 24, 2026. Completed sales are reported in TIXR. Pixl Packages measures up to the click on the purchase button.

Capture enthusiastic fans during your pre-sale
Fans save the packages they love with just an email, from any device, and come back to them the moment the on-sale opens. Every save is an early signal for you.
A fan who wants to decide later saves their favourite packages with an email address and gets a reminder before the on-sale, with links straight back to their list, on whichever device they pick up next.
Every save is tracked by location, show and package, so you know which cities and which tiers fans are leaning toward before the first ticket sells. When one city is drawing the saves, you know it is going to move.
Early interest tells you where to spend and who to reach: which shows to push, which packages to lead with, and which audiences to target on your social channels, while the on-sale is still days away.
It lives on the site you already have, and looks like your event
Primary, secondary and accent colours, backgrounds, text colours, heading and body fonts from Google Fonts or your own font files, a live theme preview, and the wording of every heading. The selector renders inside an isolated container, so it neither breaks nor is broken by your site's styles.
Choose in Pixl Packages, pay on TIXR
Every purchase button links to your TIXR checkout page for that package. Pixl Packages never takes payment, holds card data, issues tickets or processes orders. Prices and sold-out states shown in the selector are yours to manage, in the dashboard or by spreadsheet, so fans see exactly what you want them to see.
A direct data connection to TIXR, so packages can draw on TIXR items and report completed sales, is on the roadmap.
Redundant backups, restored in real time
Redundant, real-time backups keep your packages ready for the unexpected. By default every event is backed up daily and every time you publish, to Pixl's cloud storage, held separately from the live platform. If anything goes wrong, any version can be restored the moment you need it, with a safety copy of the current state taken first.
Private workspaces
Every client has its own workspace: events, settings, branding and team. Users see only their client's events. Agencies get one view of every client they manage.
Two-factor sign-in
Encrypted credentials, two-factor authentication with the authenticator app your team already uses, and recovery codes for the day a phone goes missing. Access is by invitation only.
Fan data, minimal
The only personal data collected from fans is the email a fan chooses to enter to save packages. Analytics are anonymous session events. Nothing is sold or shared with other clients.
Your data, exportable
You own your content, your lead list and your analytics. All of it exports at any time, and every backup can be downloaded as a file.
For live event managers and promoters who move fast and need to sell tomorrow
A band adds a city. A residency confirms three more weekends. The announcement is on Wednesday and the hotel contracts landed this morning. Somebody has to turn a spreadsheet of dates, rooms and prices into something fans can buy on their phones, on your own website, before the post goes out.
That is the job Pixl Packages was built for. Load the tour, brand it, paste the embed, and it is live. Your own team keeps it current when a hotel sells out at eleven at night, and the next tour starts from a copy of this one.
Commonly asked questions

What is Pixl Packages?
A hosted package builder for live events. Your team manages locations, shows, hotels and packages in one dashboard and publishes a guided selector on your own website. Fans pick a location, a show and a hotel and click through to your TIXR checkout with the right package already chosen.
Who is it for?
Travel partners, promoters, teams, festivals, residencies and destination events that sell hotel-plus-ticket or hospitality packages, and the agencies that manage packages for them.
Does it replace our ticketing platform?
No. Every purchase button opens your TIXR checkout page. Orders, payments, inventory, fees and entry stay in TIXR.
Does it work with ticketing platforms other than TIXR?
The purchase button can link to any checkout page. It is built and supported for TIXR clients.
Do we have to rebuild our website?
No. The selector is added to a page on your existing site with a three-line snippet. It works on WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace and custom sites, and it does not interfere with your site's design.
Can it match our brand?
Yes. Colours, fonts (including your own font files) and section wording are set per event, and the dashboard can run on your own domain.
Who edits the content?
Your team, in a private workspace with Admin, Editor and Viewer roles. Pixl can also handle content entry for you.
How do we load a whole tour?
Download the CSV templates, fill them in Excel and import. The import is checked for errors before anything is saved. You can also enter or edit records one at a time.
What happens when dates change?
Package descriptions use placeholders for hotel names and dates, so changing a show date updates every package for that show automatically.
Can we launch at a specific time?
Yes. Packages can be scheduled to publish at a date and time in your time zone, and shows can be flagged sold out at any hour.
How long does it take to go live?
With content ready, a full tour has been published in a day. First-time setup with branding and a walkthrough takes longer, and we confirm the timeline on the demo call.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. The fan experience is designed for phones first. On the reference client about three quarters of activity is mobile.
What analytics do we get?
Page views, unique sessions, purchase clicks and conversion rate, most viewed locations and shows, package views and saves, a funnel from view to checkout click, and device and browser breakdowns, per event.
Can fans save packages before the on-sale?
Yes. Fans save the packages they want with their email and get reminder emails, with links back to their saved packages, before the on-sale.
Who owns the data?
You do. Content, leads and analytics export to CSV at any time and every backup can be downloaded.
Is it secure?
Private workspaces per client, two-factor authentication, encrypted connections, and redundant backups with a version history you can restore from at any time.
Where is it hosted?
The platform and the selector are delivered from Vercel's global edge network, and media and backups are stored in Amazon Web Services cloud storage.
What does it cost?
A one-time setup per event plus monthly hosting per published event, analytics included. Draft and archived events are not billed. We quote on the demo call.
Is there a free trial?
No self-serve trial. Pixl provides a live demo and can set up a password-protected preview of your event before you commit.
Can we run more than one event?
Yes, as many as you need in one workspace, each with its own branding, content and analytics. Finished events can be archived and restored.
What if we make a mistake?
Every event is backed up automatically, including every time you publish. Any earlier version can be previewed and restored in a moment, with a safety copy of the current state taken first.
Can we cancel?
Hosting is monthly per event. Archive or unpublish an event and its hosting stops.
See your own tourbecome a path
Every Pixl Packages deal starts with a conversation, because we set up the workspace, the theme and the first user ourselves. Bring a spreadsheet of cities, dates, hotels and prices, or just the announcement date, and we will show you the path your fans would take.
